1 The definition of biodiversity is the variety of all living things in world in one ecosystem, that is the definition of biodiversity.

2 My observations at the market were that all of the freezer items where at the farthest side of the market. The fruits were on the closest side of the market maybe because the fruits are the more popular than the freezer items especially in the winter. And all of the US products were separated from what I could see from the items made in Canada.

3 I learned that many items are the same but one of them is a different brand but way more expensive. I also learned that a brand of hot dogs that came with a dozen hot dogs was the same price as a pack of hot dogs that came with 4 hot dogs. And some of the prices were way higher than what I thought.

  10. Q1. What is biodiversity?
Biodiversity is the biological diversity of life across a small or large area at the genetic, species and ecosystem level.
Q2. What are your observations from the market?
In the market I saw a large amount of different foods of varying qualities, quantities , nutritional values and prices. Some of the products had different prices based on the brand and quality. I also saw different marketing strategies being used in the store.
Q3. What have you learned from this trip?
I learned about pricing of generic food items differs based on quality, quantity and brand. The way in which it is produced effects the price greatly and stuff that is better e.g. organic versus non-organic is usually more expensive. The store was marketing certain products that not all people by like chips and pops more than things everyone will buy like milk and meat.️️‍

    What is biodiversity?
    (1) Biodiversity are the links that make up nature. Many different spices have variety and are small or large or global. Though all plants are interconnected in a single habitat.
What are your observation from the market visit? What did you see?
    (2) One observation I made was that everything was more expensive that I thought it would be. I saw lots of fruits and vegetables and other assortments of food. I noticed that they have even more than food. I think that if you come in with 3 or 4 things on a list they want you to leave with 10 things.

    (3) something I’ve learned is that fruits and vegetables are a lot more expensive than I thought they would be. Especially the fruits because I was looking at them out of season.

  13. What are your observations from the market… what did you see.
    2. My observations from the market field trip are that they group all the sugar together and all the produce are together and everything is with things that are the same as it. Another thing I saw was they marketed a lot of things to kids.

What is biodiversity 1.Biodiversity is a chain/ecosystem that is connected to every living thing on the planet like a food chain such as a wolf eats a moose a moose eats fish ect…
What were your observations from the field trip 2.My observation from the field trip was that there was a very large selection of anything you needed like toilet paper, deodorant, pizza etc
What have you learned from the trip 3.I learned from the trip that us we really have no idea what the fruits and vegetables costs just like I thought cherries would be $2.00 but it was $6.99, also unit costs and cost comparisons are so similar and so different at the same time
